Please be aware that NO BOOKING is confirmed until the full £30 GBP fee has been received for each member booked, please be aware that £15 of this is non-refundable, details on request. You will be contacted after the booking has been submitted to request payment, this can be made either over the phone using a Credit or Debit card or can be sent via PayPal. Please do not attempt to send Payment until requested to allow us to make sure the spaces are available. Payment must be received within 48hours of submitting the booking form otherwise the booking will be null and void. Refunds can be requested upon cancellation of a booking but the booking MUST be cancelled at least 14 days before the event, any cancellations made with less than 14 days remaining will NOT be refunded. Cancellations MUST be made in writing to Ian@lincolnshireairsoftclub.co.uk - Lincolnshire Airsoft Club reserves the right to refuse any booking and the management's decision is final.
