Please be aware that NO BOOKING is confirmed until a £10 GBP Deposit has been received for each person booked. You will be contacted after the booking has been submitted to request payment, this can be made either over the phone using a Credit or Debit card or can be sent via PayPal. Please do not send Payment until requested to allow us to make sure that there is space available for you. Payment must be received within 48 hours of submitting the booking form otherwise the booking will be null and void. Refunds can be requested upon cancellation of a booking but the booking MUST be cancelled at least 14 days before the event, any cancellations made with less than 14 days remaining may face the possibility of not being refunded.

Lincolnshire Airsoft Club reserves the right to refuse any booking and the management's decision is final.
